The many reasons to quit smoking

A lot of the time, you will find that smokers that manage to quit smoking, soon become disillusioned from the feeling that their lungs are still feeling awful, and because of their breathing and health overall hasn't improved greatly. For most that actually manage to quit smoking, they then fall back into the habit, and use the excuse that they've done so much harm to their insides of their body, why should they bother to quit smoking now? But that is a ridiculous excuse, which obviously only makes the damage worse than it currently is.

Following is a list to give you an idea of what your lungs have to face due to smoking:

  • Tar
Tar is a major problem for our lungs, it sticks around the inside of our airways and also manages to seep inside the tissue of the lung itself. If that wasn't enough, it also irritates the lung and traps the poisons from the cigarettes which can also cause scarring too, and it can be very hard to remove.

  • Toxins
Cigarettes contain a lot of dangerous chemicals apparently over 6000 which are very unpleasant to a human body. Among the chemicals are poisons used for killing rats for one, and also many of them which are known as carcinogens. The Carcinogens are the ones that cause cancer. The toxins don't just stay in your lungs, but they also get into your bloodstream, and spread around the whole body. The worst thing is that the toxins are sheltered from the natural detox system because of the tar that's present in the lungs.

  • Emphasyma
Emphasyma is caused from a combination of chemicals and heat when inhaling the cigarette smoke. The Alveoli (the tiny air sacs which are at the end of our lung) tree, are severely damaged if not destroyed by the combination, which can't ever be repaired. Without the Alveoli it decreases the amount of oxygen our body can absorb, by disabling the exchange of gases, oxygen for carbon dioxide.

  • Bronchitis
Bronchitis is caused by an irritation at the bronchial tubes which are in the lungs. Sometimes, from the Tar and Toxins the tubes get irritated, causing inflammation, and irreversible scarring. A result of Bronchitis can be an uncontrollable cough, or coughing fluids up. "Chronic Bronchitis is a result of smoking, this is where the coughing up fluids or uncontrollable coughing occurs more frequently.

  • Infections
For a long, long time after smoking, the chemicals from the cigarettes can linger in your lungs. All parts of the Pulmonary system, our lungs, and throat can be affected by the trapped Tar and mucus which often cause infections and can be very irritating, and also painful and sometimes incapacitating.

  • Cancer
Finally, the big one. I've saved the big one for last. It is not certain that every smoker will get cancer, but it is certain that the chances of getting it are greatly increased as opposed to a non-smoker. The increased risk is from the Tar and poisonous chemicals all conspiring together, even once you have quit smoking. There is good news though, all these problems and lung diseases can be stopped. Make sure you have quit smoking, that's what you need to do first. Once you have, then start a lung detoxification program. Such things do exist which most people are not aware of. But once you have quit smoking, and are on the lung Detoxification program, it will begin to cleanse the lungs from all the toxins and tar which cause you the health issues. It can take up to several years to get the lungs healthy again without the aid of the lung detoxification program. With the lung detoxification program, the time can be reduced greatly, from several years down to a mere few months.

Do yourself a massive favour quit smoking today and start the lung detoxification program.

There was a book written by two independent health researchers called The Complete Lung Detoxification Guide E-book both researcher have backgrounds in biology and natural health. The researchers have seen a great need to help the smokers that have quit smoking, clean their lungs from the cigarette leftovers from their smoking days. Mr. William Reynolds and Mr. Mark Freeman Put together a guide which really cut the time of clearing out the leftovers to the a minimal amount in a much shorter time-frame.

There is a philosophy behind the E-book they have written, and their philosophy is that excellent lung health does not come from a single cure or a pill, it comes from both physical and psychological aspects of a strict detoxification program. They have weaved together both physical and psychological aspects in their e-book.

This book will bring you the actual methods that can be used to prevent you from getting long term terminal diseases from both: Cigarette toxins and Tar. The book explains that chemicals are the cause of lung cancer and other infections, whilst tar causes irritations but most importantly, it will clog up the airways, and it will trap toxins in the lungs which will cause havoc.

Methods used include specific exercises designed to strengthen your lungs and dislodge tar, foods that directly aid in lung detoxification, ways to boost your internal detox systems and more. It also includes a guide to a specific vitamin that is essential to purging your lungs of cigarette filth. This includes the dosages and implantation of this vitamin to gain more effective usage.

This is just one part of the guide, but there's also 3 other books included as well!

The first book in the guide will detail how you can quit smoking if you haven't done so already. You will be able to quite with ease with This book, it will open your eyes from the insights into your physical and psychological addiction, and enable you to kick the habit, instead of kick the bucket. The Book goes into depth into the use of vitamins, and how they can be used to decrease the nicotine withdrawals, whilst cleansing the lungs simultaneously.

After you've read the first book, the next two books elaborate on the psychological aspects of detoxification, and how it is used to enable you to quit smoking, whilst improving the internal detoxification processes to the point where the body will become a fine orchestrated machine. After the state is achieved, the lungs start to become pink again, and healthy as they were before, you'll feel a really big difference in all aspects of your life.
